Brilliant! We recently used Choices (Dan Skegg) to sell a property in Croydon, the process was made very complicated because of the history of the property and then the Covid Pandemic. Choices found a buyer just as the economy took a dive, mortgages went up, and we had 3 Prime Ministers in as many months. Not an easy market! Choices show excellent skill and knowledge and most of all serious perseverance!!! We got the price we wanted and we could not recommend Choices and Dan too highly. Brilliant performance!

Looking for a flat is a very stressful experience and I was struggling to find an estate agent that I trusted. Will Dunken from Choices was extremely helpful, his communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and I felt very comfortable to ask him any question I had (not that there was much as he explained everything I needed to know in full detail), he was very flexible which is what I needed due to have a young child and working. He made moving house completely hassle free and ensured that I was settled. I would highly recommend Choices especially Will, I have nothing but praise for him and he is a credit to the company.

Will Donker is still a 5 star agent no doubt. Unfortunately another agent was looking after my property and the service provided was woeful. No feedback constantly me chasing up. 2 months on still looking for a tenant stringing me along mentioning a client which they were finalising references on - nothing materialised. Placed with another agency, great tenants found in less than a week. Conclusion if you are a landlord and are looking for tenants through Choices Will Donker is the guy to use else try someone else.

I am absolutely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them. I would mostly like to thank Will donkor, he was amazing, helped with with the whole process from start to finish. He listened to my specifications and made sure I got exactly what was right for me. He was always calm and stayed with me through out the whole process calling to update me everyday and was always ready to answer and questions I had until I had my keys in hand. I have recently been dealing with Choices Croydon who have helped me find pretty much the exact property I wanted. I found the staff to be very helpful In particular Shelby Mason who dealt with me from the start to the finish. She made sure that all my concerns where dealt with, she negotiated the correct price and made sure everything ran like clockwork. I found her both reliable, trustworthy and would have no hesitation to contact her in the future should the need arise. Finding a property and the right agency that suits you is such a stressful time. However i’m very happy that I decided to go with choices. I rent out a flat. I managed it myself. My tenants were happy. Then I hired Sinclair Hammelton to manage the flat. I had known SH in Bromley for years and I liked them. But then Choices took over SH and things changed for the worse. My tenants started to complain. It got so bad the tenants moved out. SH/Choices found new tenants. They complained about SH/Choices in a similar manner to the previous tenants. I would like to end my contract with SH/Choices but if I do, they say that they will evict the tenants living in my flat. Terrible situation. Avoid.

I believed Catherine’s reference on google and trusted her. However:Choices will scam you both as a tenant or a landlord. They over promise, under deliver, leave your home vacant for months, then over charge on both ends. They were not willing to attend to any disputes and my newly renovated flat was devastated by a tenant they placed there (broken door frame, window, bed, smoking inside, blood on walls, 475£ water bill) once the current tenant moved out. I tried to cancel the contract since August 2019 and now in May 2020 after choices created over £6000 in damages and were never willing to resolve any dispute they want money back from me for an advanced rent. The amount they want bacj is far higher per month than what they paid me. I asked to resolve and settle multiple times. It seems because I have an eastern european accent, they treat me horribly even during corona cricis. Their compliance manager Stephanie continuously put words in my mouth and threatens me with legal action despite them causing me financial loss and damages to my flat. They did not take any deposit from this tenant, and other three for the second bedroom refused to move in at last minute. It was a strange common theme. One tenant confessed they increased their rent on a move in date and forced them sign such contract. Stay away from this scamming agent and save yourselves a lot of trouble.
