Michael Silk of Choices Estate Agent is like a God sent. I met him during one of my lower time searching for an apartment. He supervised the viewing of 20 Spring Lane and unfortunately the landlord did not let out the property to me. Since that time Michael had taken it upon himself to make sure he gets me a good place. My wife and I called him day and night and he never got tired of answering the calls. In fact everyone who was aware that I need an apartment already knows Michael as my agent, even some thought I knew him way back. And behold, I moved into property with my family yesterday and all thanks to Michael. He got us a love property and my family loves it. My sincere appreciation to Daniel(Manager), Choices Estate Agent Croydon and Most especially Michael Silk, he is a good man.

Daniel Norris from Choices Estate Agents was the agent for a house I purchased in Croydon in spring 2022. Dan and the company were really helpful throughout the process - answering any questions I had promptly, facilitating surveys, and helping move things along during the negotiations and conveyancing. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions about the process, and Dan was always happy to help from the viewing stage right through to completion, which went smoothly and took less time than expected. I would definitely recommend Dan and Choices, and would have no hesitancy using their services if I choose to sell the property in future.

I hate to say this but this agency needs a thorough investigation into their unexpected fees that occur once you move into the property.The one person they had that was helpful has left and I will try my hardest with my lawyer to make sure they get served with what they deserve don't use this company in any shape or form.

Just completed on a house purchase, as a buyer, with Choices. Grant was my main point of correspondence throughout the transaction and he never failed to go above and beyond, from arranging extra visits to check issues, answering questions and even making sure all went well with sorting up my account with my energy supplier. Absolutely awful at corresponding. I emailed and rang several times about issues with the property and got a response almost two months later. The property was not up to the standard of the tenancy agreement and the agent certainly did not relay this information to the landlord. Correspondence was absolutely superb in the lead up to the payment of the agency fees...and shockingly sparse following. This is simply not up to any desirable standard of customer service. It is obvious that this agency feels it is acceptable to not take student tenants seriously. Choices are very unprofessional.
