Reeds Rains, Castleford reviews

We have sold our house and bought another one through Reeds Rains at Castleford. We dealt mainly with a really lovely lady called Kim Harris who as been absolutely fantastic. All the staff have been great but Kim really went the extra mile for us. She kept us involved and up to date with every step and answered any questions or queries immediately. We aren't planning on ever moving again but if we do we will use Reeds Rains and especially Kim Harris again. The whole stressful experience was made stress free and easy due to this firm. Thank you so much. Jo and Shaun.

I'd almost made my mind up as to which local agent i was going to use, until Janine came to see me. I was sold straight away! Janie's professionalism and the rapport she built up with me was fantasitc. I did wonder if this was going to be a one off but then i was kept in constant contact with Kim and Chris who were brilliant with all the queries i raised. Once the sold sign was errected Kim made sure i was organised with dealing with the paperwork and doing all the chasing of solicitors etc. From the acceptance of the offer to completion this took 4 weeks and i put this down to how quickly the ladies dealt with everything. Would i recommend Reeds Rains Castleford, absolutely. Customer Service is at the top of the branches priority list.

Awesome experience, not only did Rebecca value the property well, she gave us really sound advice around listing the property, the property photos were fab, they listed the property handled all the viewings and found us an exceptional buyer within 4 days of marketing. We completed in 4 weeks, £6,000 over the asking price. The entire service was exceptional. We relocated to London and are so grateful to the whole team and in particular Kim Harris for keeping us in the loop and the file moving so quickly. If you're looking for genuine, honest and capable estate agents, look no further.

A big thank you to Jack especially but along with the rest of the team they show a really professional attitude to our purchase which through no fault of theirs was quite traumatic at times. The responses were quick as queries arose and together we got the job done. Would recommend Jack and the team to anyone either buying or selling. Once again thanks guys.

Really great staff. Melissa and Stacey were great help in finding us a new home but their 3rd parties they use for references and payments are abysmal and I feel I have to take a star for that.

We sold our house within a week in September 2020 and have had a really challenging time due to our buyers solicitors being unprofessional and incompetent. The team at Reed Rains have been amazing throughout, responsive, supportive and professional. They have always been helpful, flexible and available. They have provided excellent communication with our solicitors also and went above and beyond to contact our buyers solicitor. We had a lot of contact mainly with Rebecca, Jack and Christine who were amazing throughout. Rebecca even contacted out of hours, during her own leave and whenever we were having a meltdown which just shows her dedication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them , so happy with our service. So glad we finally got there this week, thank you so much to you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Dealt with the Castleford branch for years as a family with our rental properties. As of late we’ve been dealing with Stacey at the branch who is THE BEST agent we’ve used! Nothing is too much trouble, if she says she’s doing something it gets done and all with a lovely attitude! I’ve recently had a property with an awkward tenant and she was there to help take action every step and get us back on the right track! Lovely young lady and a credit to the branch!! Thank you.

Reeds Rains Castleford exceeded our expectations. Laura and Louise were friendly, helpful and professional. I would 100% recommend these guys when looking for a property to rent. We saw our dream house on the website and within 2 weeks we were signed, sealed and moved in. The after care has been great and we feel we have been looked after and treated very fairly. Very happy customers indeed!!!
