GoogleI went into reeds rains the castleford branch recently . They couldn’t have been more helpful . I met with the financial adviser who was very helpful. The lady ange brenson who helped me with all of this was very knowledgable and helpful. I would def recommendation reeds rain as found them the most helpful out of all the other estate agents I went too .

So I went with Reeds Rains (Angela Bresnan) and within a month I'd had numerous views and a couple of offers, one of which I have agreed too. The house is now sold and I can't thank them enough. GoogleEnquired about a rental . Three phone calls(first one at 9am) one answer phone message and a message left with a staff member for the lettings agent all with no call back only to be told when I finally managed to speak to her that all viewings had been filled .. very shoddy service

GoogleIf I could give a 0 star review I would. I wanted to rent a property through them for a temporarily homeless 85 yr old great aunt and not one person kept in touch over 3 weeks with me, even a week after it had been taken off the market. I had to contact them every few days and got a barrage of excuses and told they're going to get back to me. Due to this 2 other properties were missed now she is stuck in a hotel room without aided living or correct sleeping arrangements. The worst excuse of an estate agents I've heard of. They should be ashamed to take a wage for doing nothing constructive.

Googlereal estate agency that only offers online browsing, saying it's Covid19's fault, and otherwise they can't (other agencies somehow had no problem with it and you could watch the apartment normally), contact with them is also terrible, they write back after a few days or not at all . I wrote to them 2 weeks ago and they wrote back today that the offer is no longer valid, they didn't write anything to me, just to my boyfriend, who also wrote about the apartment.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
