Fantastic estate agent. Very glad I went with Reeds Rains Castleford as can't imagine selling my home would have been the same without. Janine, Rebecca and Alison were excellent, from the valuation, to the viewings, through to completion. A massive thank you to Alison who dealt with me most weeks for nearly 6 months but was absolutely brilliant and always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

Great service as usual from reeds in Castleford. Gary was great in arranging viewing times that would fit around my work commitments, and Stacey is just lovely with a big twist of professionalism! Regarding some negative comments below, I think you’ll find that some properties are managed by landlords via reeds, and it will therefore be their responsibility to carry out maintenance issues🙄..the estate agents can only advise in this situation I would assume. Anyway, looking forward to moving in to my non artexed home. 🙏

Hugely impressed with the service from Reeds Rains. I have just sold my house with them whilst I am living in Australia and they made the whole process seamless. Huge thank you to Jack, who went above and beyond to help us push through the sale quickly and always kept me informed of what was happening. He responded quickly to my countless emails (there were lots) and was always so pleasant on the phone. Jack advocated for us with the legal firm we were using and we are so grateful for all his help and support throughout the process. I highly recommend using Reeds Rains. I will miss my daily emails/calls with Jack but I am sure he is relieved to not have to deal with a stressed out woman living at the other side of the world.

We would just like to say a massive thank you to our main point of contact Jack at Reeds Rains, for providing us with such a superb first time buying experience. Jack was dealing with our property and throughout the process of the purchase he continuously went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. Jack was with us every step of the way and he acted as a brilliant intermediary between us, both sets of solicitors and the sellers. If It wasn’t for his excellent communication skills and speeding things along for us, I’m sure we would still be in the same position in several months time! Jack responded to our emails promptly and contacted us via telephone to provide us with updates, if he didn’t have the answers to our questions there and then, then he went out of his way to find out and got back to us within the same day. His positive, polite and professional attitude always put us at ease when things started to get overwhelming.
