Just recently sold my house through reeds rains and it was the most stress free sale ever all thanks to jack! Jack was our main point of contact throughout the sale he kept us up to date throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone at Reeds Rains have been amazing throughout, from the Initial valuation up to completion. Jack provided excellent communication with our solicitors also and went above and beyond to contact our buyers solicitor on numerous occasions for updates. Thank you again Jack for swiftly answering my phone calls / emails whenever I was having a melt down. I would most definitely recommend Reeds Rains Castleford to anybody looking to sell or buy a house!

We sold our house in September 2020 and Rebecca and the team at RR Castleford were amazing at every step of the way. We had quite a challenging time frame to work to, and obviously with covid in the mix it did make things quite complicated. However everyone at RR couldn't do enough to help to make sure we were always up to date with how things were progressing, and constantly went over and above to ensure everyone was being chased to get the sale through. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely go back to RR again if we move in the future.

Absolute 5 star customer service from Rebecca and the staff at Reeds Rains Castleford. We experienced major difficulties with our purchase due to the incompetence demonstrated by the sellers solicitor. Reeds Rains were determined to overcome this for us and worked tirelessly to make sure both buyer and seller were looked after throughout the entire process. The patience, perseverance and professionalism demonstrated from Rebecca throughout the transaction was to an extremely high standard and the level of communication from the estate agent to all parties was extremely reliable. Despite facing barriers and challenges with our purchase, through no fault of Reeds Rains, we cannot recommend the services of this estate agents enough and their customer first approach will always be appreciated. Five star service from beginning to end. Reeds Rains have recently managed the sale of my parents’ house, from my first visit with Janine I knew I would be in good hands. Rebecca has been my main contact throughout, however whenever I have called the office for any advice or information the team have always been friendly and efficient. I have received constant communication, and been kept in the loop and up to date during the process (even out of working hours some days!). Even during the difficult times that Covid has presented us with it has not compromised the top level of service. Rebecca has gone above and beyond anything I would have expected, and I am so thankful for her kindness and professionalism throughout. Would like to say a very big thank you to Rebecca, Christina and Janine at Reeds Rains Castleford. These ladies went above and beyond what could have been expected from them with regards to the selling of mum's house and her purchase of another property. We had a bit of a bumpy ride but these ladies were always there at the other end of the phone to assist and offer reassurance. I know that towards the end, the problems we had were really not their problems but this did not stop them helping wherever they could. I would just like to say how wonderful & professional Reeds Rains in Castleford have been in selling our house and also selling my parents in laws Bungalow at the same time. They had offers on both properties extremely quickly and ALL the staff have been so helpful and friendly , it has taken much of the stress from selling it away from us. Although all the staff have been involved throughout, Teresa Rockett was tasked with following everything up after the sale was agreed and her perseverance in dealing with the whole chain to keep us in touch and push it to completion has been admirable to say the least. We sold our property via Reeds Rains having had four local agents provide us with a valuation. The valuer Janine was very friendly, professional and helpful when she visited our property, which is why we chose to sell with them despite three of the four agents quoting the same fee. Our property sold within a week of marketing and the sales negotiators kept us updated throughout the offer process. Many thanks to Teresa, Rebecca and Chris who were friendly and helpful throughout. Teresa was also very helpful in chasing solicitors when we were struggling to get hold of them for updates. We did have some issues regarding exchange/completion which we suspect was primarily to do with lack of communication on the solicitor's part, however since we were persuaded to utilise Reeds Rains' panel solicitor to prevent these issues, we have deducted a star from our review.

Buying my house was a long process due to being in a chain and it taking longer than expected for the seller to move out. I was in contact with reeds rains regularly and I always spoke to the same lady (Teresa Rocket) which was really nice.
