GoogleHelpful when you attend in person but we had continual problems with undrinkable water and when contacted over the phone, nothing came of it. We had to buy bottles for over a year.

GoogleLet's say that their customer service is not the best in town. If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.
