GoogleWould not recommend. You are ignored and fobbed off when serious issues occur in properties and secret hidden charges mean you do not get your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Although the property we lived in was decent from start to finish there were issues and members of staff will lie to you and ignore requests for the most basic of things.

The Trusted AgentGood, efficient service and great team but hard to get hold of at times if any urgent (to the seller anyway!) queries as their office phone would often cut caller off without warning and/or not allow message to be left. Not a major issue though, team are great and know their stuff and we got sold and moved so thank you very much Northwood! Good email communications for non urgent matters.

We had all sorts of problems because we were trying to move home to the UK after 11 happy years in Spain! Ruth Thompson helped in so many ways, and helped remove so much stress. We now have a home in the UK thanks to her hard work! We can't thank you enough Ruth, we owe you a drink!
