GoogleWould not recommend. You are ignored and fobbed off when serious issues occur in properties and secret hidden charges mean you do not get your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Although the property we lived in was decent from start to finish there were issues and members of staff will lie to you and ignore requests for the most basic of things.

The Trusted AgentConsidering how difficult our purchase of a property has been through a builder,Susan at Northwood has shown nothing but support, professionalism and ensured the sale of our property was as smooth and issue free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond. I must say even when she was unavailable the other staff were very helpful and friendly. Well done Northwood.

GoogleI have five letting properties and since 2010 Northwood have be my sole letting agent finding all of my tenants. The speed with which they find new tenants is excellent and the quality of tenant is very good. Their administrative staff are really good, when a property becomes vacant all it takes is an e-mail or phone call from myself and the wheels are in motion to advertise and let the house. I highly recommend them to all landlords as a letting agent.

GoogleReally nice girls, answered all of our questions (even the weird and awkward ones haha) and made the whole experience nice and easy. After the disastrous experience with Your Move we were so happy with Northwood. We will be recommending them in the future.

GoogleApplied for a letting through Northwood and the customer service was excellent, really helpful and flexible to accommodate our needs and our short moving-in date. The property was also finished to a high standard with all fixtures assessed by them beforehand. Would recommend highly.

GoogleThe process of selling my property was made easier by the staff at Northwood. Susan, in particular, was very good at quickly responding to queries and chasing up less-than-efficient solicitors.

GoogleWe've generally been very happy with Northwood over the last 10 years, although there have been one or two instances where communication of instructions have resulted in the odd problem, but they are quick to resolve them to our satisfaction.
