Direct reviewsNorthwood Estate and Letting Agents Comapany, Carlisle branch, is a wonderful company. The staff are very transparent and with excellent customer service culture. If you're planning to settle in Carlisle, especailly as a foreigner, Northwood is your best bet.

Really appreciate all the help as a first time buyer, Susan has been an absolute star! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWhen looking for a rental property in Cumbria, Northwood were head and shoulders above the other letting agents we contacted in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. They were also really proactive, letting us know when a house we'd been interested in but missed out on suddenly became available again. We're so pleased that we managed to rent a property with them as they continue to be so friendly and helpful.

GoogleFantastic service all the way through. Our previous experience with other letting agents hasn't always been positive. We have been let down before by a lack of communication, which had resulted on occasion in losing out on a tenancy. This certainly isn't the case with Northwood, who have kept us in the loop at all times and have been very accommodating to us. Highly recommend!
