I must say on this occasion despite the ongoing difficulties that many are facing due to covid19 it has been no different. Here are a team of working professionals, that "think outside of the box" to continue to provide a high level of service. Staff are on hand to answer any queries and to point you in the right direction in relation to the buying and selling of properties. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact other estate agents to view properties and have found this near on impossible to get to speak with anyone. Most times it has just been an automated service. Fantastic experience dealing with Cumbrian Properties and especially Gemma Irving. Gemma couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried during a stressful house purchase. She went above and beyond dealing with our poor solicitors and kept us calm when we were at our wits end. What we really appreciated was her wiilingness to try and resolve issues, doing things that others should've been doing and weren't to keep things moving. She always did what she said she would, finding things out, chasing people and always phoning back and keeping us informed when she said she would. Our purchase would've taken much longer without her on the case.
