Cumbrian Properties has provided an excellent service, from the first valuation by Robert Foster, to the very attractive brochure, and the fine photos by Rene Walker, followed by a steady stream of arranged viewings, which I undertook myself. Finally the Sales Negotiator, Sarah Nelson, worked hard on my behalf to secure a satisfactory sale agreement in just over three months. Cumbrian properties were marvellous in our house purchase. All went smoothly. We had two viewings one with Doug and one with Dave both of whom were really nice guys helpful and patient and willing to wait around while we had a good look. Gemma was warm, friendly and helpful took our offer and handled the communication between ourselves and the seller efficiently helping us to address issues and keeping us informed.
