Myself and my partner was very interested in renting a property to make as our family home. Susan was our designated estate agent who continuously kept us informed throughout the process. We were able to be accepted for the house and Susan got the process on the go straight away with no hesitation once we announced our interest. Today we picked the keys up and signed the tenancy. We really can’t wait to make the property our little home 🔑🏠 😁 a huge thankyou to Susan for all her help throughout and for the excellent customer service she has provided to us

From start to finish the sale of our house was a smooth process. From Jodie coming to value the house & taking photos, to it going on the market. There was excellent comms via text & email to indicate when there was a house viewing & Rebecca & Charlotte always kept me up to date. Adrian also took the time out to ring my sister & advised if we needed to lower the price & why, at no point was I kept in the dark, not knowing what was going on. The house was sold & all round Im so glad we went with Cumbrian Properties. Their services was very professional, but also had a friendly “family” feel about it & I felt very looked after.

Connor and the team were very helpful and proactive when I found an ideal property. It was daunting due to my circumstances (having had major spinal surgery so on benefits for now, and whilst recovering being offered employment as a HCA) However, Connor was reassuring and spoke to my prospective landlady, there was no judgements and both Connor and my landlady were great. I am now in a lovely little place next to he hospital where I can see me staying whilst I go for my nurse training. There were some estate agents didnt even bother replying back to me and some just shut me down quickly because I didnt fulfill the criteria, keeping me (and others) technically homeless. Cumberland Properties worked around that and saw the bigger picture of my situation. Thanks guys, happy to recommend.

We were treated at every stage with courtesy and encouragement and were greatly assisted with negotiating our bid for the property and arriving at a prompt and a satisfactory conclusion of the deal - very much to our considerable relief at the time! In particular we would wish to express our thanks to Gemma Irving and her colleagues for their hard work in this regard while always presenting a cheerful and optimistic outlook to maintain our spirits. Finally, when asked for any suggestion as to a suitable firm to undertake the conveyancing, the recommendation we received was to engage Bannister Bates. This was indeed excellent advice and due mainly to the redoubled efforts of Emma Carmon we were able secure the preferred completion date, which proved crucial in the final stages.

If your thinking of renting a property of these keyboard warriors forget it .they advertise properties with old photos in our case over 12 years old .false advertising purely because they can’t be bothered to go and take new pictures.never reply to emails.just sit in their warm cosy office creaming commission.like I’ve always said estate agents are unregulated and unlicensed anyone can set up as an estate agent.no code of conduct to adhere to .dont be fooled they have no interest in you only your money.
