rental property

One of our properties became vacant so I got intouch with cumbria properties , who we have dealt with before. They are always professional, efficent & communicate very well, keeping you informed all the time. Our property had 8 viewings & was only empty a week before new tenant moved in,which is a record time for a turn around. Sue was really good at guiding & advising me through the list of viewing which I did. I would highly recommend their services.I have dealt with Sue, Jodie & Emma all are friendly & can't help you enough.

Recently purchased a property through Cumbrian Properties. Sarah was very respondent and helped me with all my queries. They also went above and beyond to accommodate viewings for me in my busy schedule.

Very pleased with my experience with the team at Cumbrian Properties! They made an initially stressful experience of trying to find a rental property much more seamless and stress-free. Susan has always made herself available for me to ask questions and to sort out issues along the way. Jodie was also very kind and helpful throughout the process! Thank you!

1st time renter and the staff at Cumbrian Properties (especially Sarah) couldn't have been more helpful. From the first viewing (I arrived a little early but they were already waiting on me) to getting all the paperwork done the had the patience to put up with all my 'newbie' questions. All emails were replied to very quickly also. Would recommend 100%

Maria Beattie - Excellent Communication and Reliance

My partner and I have been renting with Cumbrian Properties for nearly two years now, and we have had nothing short of the best experience with them. The property itself has been a dream for us, however this has been in part thanks to the wonderful communication and assistance offered by the agency themselves to resolve any issues instantly, whether they be minor or major concerns. Recently, our refrigerator suffered a fault due to its age, which put us at a worry over storing/preserving our food. Our lifeline over the majority of our rental period has been Maria Beattie in the Maintenance Department, who has always responded with impressive speed and efficiency, prioritising a resolution to anything which may trouble us with the best results. We had an entirely new refrigerator replaced without hesitation, vastly outshining the previous unit to begin with. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to help us has always impressed, and we owe a great deal of our comfort and overall satisfaction with the property to her.

It is very easy to see why most Carlisle houses are listed with them

I am such a difficult customer and they saw us through several attempts to buy properties and, of course, the one we bought was through them in the end. It is very easy to see why most Carlisle houses are listed with them. The listings are clear, always have measurements and almost always a floor plan. We sent my Dad to see the house we ended up buying when another sale fell through, we were that confident we knew the house from their listings. Excellent. Proper excellent. Thanks guys.

Susan was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process of letting my new apartment. She was quick to get on the phone with me and help. Moving from Canada came with a few extra issues that she was able to address seamlessly. Super excited to move in tomorrow.

Thank you Susan and the team at Cumbrian Properties for all their help on my recent house move. Everything was done efficiently, explained well and always professional. The handling of my property to rent out was carried out in the same manner. Taking all the stress away. Everyone is friendly and make you feel very welcome the minute you step through the dooR. A pleasure to deal with.

The staff of Cumbrian properties is attentive, fast and efficient. I needed to find a property to rent within a week, which is a very tight time period. However, Susan was able to help me to rent a charming and beautiful apartment within that one week. What is more, she helped me with all the paperwork, and thus, increasing the speed of the renting process. Very well done!!!
