Cumbrian properties in general looked after me very well. All very professional and knew their stuff. I ended up having to resell my own house and Ann took that on and had it sold in 2 days. She was amazing. From putting my offer in to the house I've now purchased to selling my house it seemed like she was genuinely routing for me and was helping with everything she could. Great company overall but Ann is great.

I must say from the moment I met Jackie I felt very confident to have her as my estate agent. Very professional good chat and she knew the ins and outs for every question I was asking. Kathryn, very friendly and professional took a care of us from the beginning to end. We had a slight difficult case with the vendor but Kathryn was there to help all the way. Thank you. One thing I can give as an advice if you have a potential customer the agency needs to be a bit more accommodating with customers travelling long distances for a viewing. Even during full lockdown, I was able to speak with people on the phone and have the buyers solicitor chased up to find out what was happening. We sold and purchased with Cumbrian Properties and I would highly recommend!! 5☆ From the valuation with Jackie and Liam to the viewings from our own property to view and purchasing of our new home Kathryn was outstanding. They say selling/buying is one of the most stressful things you can go through we had our fair share of stress but NOT from Cumbrian Properties thanks to Kathryn.
