When the house i am a tenant in was bought, their agent PM premier became my new landlords. It was a nice surprise when they took control of everything, from Bond transfer to contracts and made it so easy all i needed to do was a few signatures.... finally looking forward to having a managing agent who are effective and efficient and get things sorted.
