In addition to my previous comments about PM premier, I would like to single out and offer my up most praise concerning one particular member of staff: Sean. He is meticulous, polite, industrious, has an excellent worker ethic, nothing is too much trouble and produces such outstanding qualities that one seldom sees in todays society. First Class Service

I have let my properties through Sean at P M Premier for about the past 4 years. They were recommended to me and I have to say I would never look back. Sean has always managed to secure great tenants within a short amount of time. I can sit back knowing that everything is organised from the credit check to the meter reading. When he finds a tenant he always discusses the lady/gentleman with me first to check I am happy. Nothing is too much trouble. Very reliable! Thanks so much.

Great experience

I needed someone to fully manage my property while I was out of the country. Sean was easy to get in touch when I needed him, and only got in touch with me when a decision was needed by the landlord, which was exactly what I was looking for. Everything else was fully taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. Would recommend.

My sister recommend Property Megastore as the fees were low and they had done a good job at renting her house out. They helped me rent my property out over the past 5 years with no problems and were always reliable and friendly. Excellent service from PM Premier

Sean White from PM Premier has been most helpful throughout the whole process. He is very friendly, easy to get hold of and replies to/deals with all communication promptly and effectively. A suitable tenant was found within a week. I highly recommend this service for any potential landlords or tenants, I will most certainly be using this service again.

Renting our house out

PM Premier were our first choice to manage our property because of a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. They found us excellent tenants on the very first day of viewings and we haven't had to worry about anything. and the tenancy has gone through very smoothly. Would definitely use this agency again.
