Simply amazing.

From start to finish the Sean was so helpful. The whole process from viewing to moving in took hardly any time at all. The online tool vouch to upload ID etc was quick and easy. I was very anxious and very stressed as had been hard work finding a new home for me and my daughter, but the agency were brilliant and kept me calm ! I had just moved to cardiff from belfast and contacted Sean White at PM Premier to organise a viewing for 5 heol dewi sant. I loved the property and explained that i needed to move in asap as I was living in a B&B. Sean kept me uptodate and organised for me to move in early so that I had somewhere to live as quickly as possible. Since moving in there have been a few issues in the property in relation to maintenance and Sean has organised to have these fixed very quickly. I would definatetly recommend PM Premier to anyone renting a property or landlords wanting to rent as they are very efficient, friendly and easy to communicate with

Great service from this agency in regards to my first venture in the big world of renting. Pm Premier Cardiff a pleasure to deal with

We rented a house through Pm Premier in 2015 and I have to say the service provided was pretty much faultless. There was a lot of demand for the property but luckily we got in first and the communication from Pm was first class. The inventory provided was comprehensive and any maintenance issues we had during our tenancy were dealt with promptly. We stayed in the house until the end of the tenancy before moving on and again the service provided in ending the tenancy was spot on. I have had negative experiences of other letting agents in the past and it was refreshing to deal with an agent that provided a professional and friendly service. Many thanks to Sean and the team.

Sean was great when it come to anything to do with the property, even when most of it was the landlords responsibility. even when we had locked ourelves out of the property at 10 at night, he rushed around to help. Excellent service - highly recommended

Myself and my partner first visited PM Premier looking to find our first home together. The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We were taken to view two properties in succession and we were given honest opinion and evaluation of both which helped us decide on the best property for us. We lived in the house for two years and during that time PM Premier were very helpful and quick to act should we need them, however that said issues with the property were very few and far between as the house was in an excellent condition inside and out. When we eventually outgrew our rented property the transition was smooth and PM Premier were extremely courteous and accommodating to us when it came to showing perspective new tenants around. There have been a couple of occasions since moving out that I have needed to be in contact with PM Premier and they have always given me the impression that they remember me and still give the feeling that I am a valued customer to them.

I have got to admit that moving house and looking for a new home to rent is never an easy thing to do and is usually a very very stressful time in your life. However thanks to PM Premiers Manager Nick Smith, Sean, Julie & team from the Whitchurch Road branch I can honestly say that this has been the easiest and most stress free move to date . The team have all gone out of their way to make sure that I have been updated every step of the way and that the usual paperwork that accompanies a new move has been kept to a minimum. PM Premier's agency fees & costs for the usual credit reference checks have been by far the cheapest and most cost effective that I have had to pay to date and is a breathe of fresh air after many many years of renting and paying extortionate agency fees for absolutely nothing in return. The team have even helped me with my broadband and WiFi transfers to the new property and I cannot praise them enough. Not only have they done all of the above they have also personally gone out of their way prior to my move to help me save the lives of two lovely little cats who were destined for a cat shelter after my elderly neighbour sadly had a stroke and was placed into a long term nursing home. With their help and persistent correspondence with the new landlord they have now found a new home with us and are able to come too. I am extremely grateful to them. for all they have done. I have given this agency 5 stars and if I could give them a 10 I would. If you are looking for a house to buy or rent then I highly recommend you use PM Premier.
