Excellent service all round! Nick in particular was very helpful and, although the process was not always easy, Nick was always more than happy to answer any questions we had and help wherever he could. Good communication throughout, even out of office hours ensuring no time was wasted, which was really appreciated!! Very helpful even after sale had gone through! Very happy!

GoogleI can't thank the team at The Letting Station enough for the help and support they provided when my relationship ended. Sean and Nick in particular went above and beyond to find me the right place at the right time for exactly the right price. They continue to drop me a line every now and then to make sure im settling in ok and were so helpful with any initial teething problems at the property. The level of customer service made me feel not only valued but actually cared for. I can honestly say I have never experienced this with any other agency and I will be staying with them as long as I can ! Thank you team!!

Sean White from PM Premier has been most helpful throughout the whole process. He is very friendly, easy to get hold of and replies to/deals with all communication promptly and effectively. GoogleVery disappointing service overall. Poor communication and continuously having to chase for answers. They failed to carry out thorough checks on the financial status of a prospective buyer, resulting in significant time wasted and money lost. Regular inspections were also not undertaken on the tenanted property.

All staff at PM Premier were extremely helpful with the sale of my fathers house and were very sensitive to the situation. We accepted an offer on the house within a week and they worked very closely with us to complete the sale as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues.

GoogleBrilliant letting agents, Team member Shaun was fantastic, understood I had to move into a property quickly. We looked round several properties understanding of the covid restrictions and had a contract signed, with me moving in the very next day. Made my moving as painless as possible :)

FacebookBrilliant and very helpful agency. Sean has been really great, always picks up the phone, very quick to repond to any queries and emergencies. Recently my partner and myself locked ourselves out of the flat before leaving for work, Sean came over with a spare set of keys in less than 20 minutes!
