I have let my properties through Sean at P M Premier for about the past 4 years. They were recommended to me and I have to say I would never look back. Sean has always managed to secure great tenants within a short amount of time. I can sit back knowing that everything is organised from the credit check to the meter reading. When he finds a tenant he always discusses the lady/gentleman with me first to check I am happy. Nothing is too much trouble. Very reliable! Thanks so much.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to the Letting Station team! Shout out particularly to Tania who was so friendly and helpful when I entered the building! She went above and beyond to try help me find the right flat to rent- not just any flat (being a female). I was so touched by this- knowing that she cared about my individual needs. The team managed to find me a flat just at the right time! They have been so helpful with my move in (literally carrying my boxes) and have quickly sorted out any issues concerning the flat. Shout out also to Sean who sorted out my washing machine and has reassured me that I can ask for help anytime. They are efficient and proactive. I felt supported and cared for. I've moved several times over the years and now happy in a very nice 2 bed house. Pm premier are a great agent to deal with. Always have a cuppa and a chat with them when passing. This company is not professional at all, after agreeing a price to purchase home and contacting my solicitor paying for searches and property survey, they decided they didn't want to sell the house and are now no longer answering calls or emails.
