I was in an unfortunate position where I needed to try and rent during Covid-19 Lockdown so was extremely pleased at how well everything was dealt with by Taylors. Special shout out to Gary Hancock (Lettings Manager) who helped from start to finish and made himself contactable out of hours to help us get everything sorted. I deeply regret not reviewing this…

I deeply regret not reviewing this agent before signing with them. There has been very little demonstration of care and consideration, especially towards the tenants. Despite moving into a home with clear issues such as faulty appliances, mold, and a non-functional boiler, the agent claimed helplessness and instructed me to resolve these concerns by reading the online manual myself. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has left me feeling utterly disappointed with the overall service provided. prospective tenants, beware.

Cannot fault the service we received from the Taylor's cardiff bay lettings team! They were professional and helpful from day one. As first time landlords we didn't know where to start and they were on hand to help advise us through the whole process, above and beyond just finding the perfect tennants. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, in particular James and Francesca. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for friendly and professional service!

I came across Taylors Lettings (Northampton) when I noticed they advertised and let a similar property to ours across the road from where we lived. I called and spoke to the Lettings Manager - Olivia. We found Olivia to be incredibly proactive and conscientious taking into consideration our needs and circumstances att the time.I am not normally one to go to corporates as I like supporting smaller businesses but we have to say, Olivia made letting our property a breeze and stress free. The property he showed me was a very close second to the property I eventually went for, but he was a wonderful individual to work with.
