This team of people have been amazing from first interaction to moving in , always willing to help and really support with a massive change in my life. Message on the Thursday and was in the place by the Wednesday. Was passed around the office and everyone really went above and Beyond to really help. Maria was messaging me till around 9pm one night to really help with all my questions and queries I had as I have never moved before. Alice was so lovely and welcoming when I went for the viewing of the property prompt and on time. Vicki was so lovly to meet and has been so help with the final moving stage and was able to pick the keys up sooner than expected. These are just a few names through the process not mention all the people I have been passed to in the office who where so calm and amazing. So happy with the service provided 10/10PositiveQuality

This 5 star rating relates only to sales at Taylors, as opposed to lettings. Sian Brown was amazing. Selling a property can be stressful and she alleviated that stress by updating me regularly and by liaising with the buyers' solicitors, my own solicitors and the buyers themselves to break down any barriers to completion, minimise delay and progress matters. She is a first-rate communicator, extremely proactive and incredibly supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and it was easy to develop a rapport with Sian as she is very personable and accessible. I would recommend Sian for excellent customer service. Darren was also helpful.

I began a tenancy with Taylor's during COVID-19 and the service was highly professional and safe. I was provided with a virtual tour of the property and agents were responsive when I had questions. If I could score less than one star I…

If I could score less than one star I would. I called about a property, turns out it was false advertising and a scam and illegally listed. The lady on the phone was rude and condescending, she didn't listen to anything I said and kept repeating the same questions, she couldn't get her facts right and then she had a hissy fit and hung up on me. If they treat all their customers like this they will be out of business in a week. They definitely don't know GDPR law, they may end up in prison with a £18 million pounds fine

The worse agency

The worse company ever expecially that one in Watford. They are absolutely useless and careless. They rent my property to a single mother who knows the trick to obtain everything free in this Country. The estate agent did the tenants game. I was not an expert in this field, because, was the first time rending my house and they took advantage of me. As estate agent should have done the best for me to protect me from scams instead they did not do anything to protect me but they only interest was money. I realised that Taylors Watford are useless puppets. The contract with the "lovely tenants" ended in November 2023 and they are still in my house. The management is going through the court to get them out. Thanks to God I rent the house with the full management and paid the insurance otherwise I would not get any payment and this would have been a disaster for me. I rent my only house, the one I was living in for a valid reason, not because of being greedy but because I needed an extra income and since December I did not receive anything into my account, though, the management send me an email that they would meet the cost of the rental. The council is also chasing me for the council tax, which obviously, I am not going to pay as I am not living in the property. Look at what a problem this agency is giving to the landlords! ! I am just disgusted of the fact that the agency should guide and protect the landlord, instead it looks like to me they only protected the tenants. I would not be surprised if the tenants tipped the agency to scam me. I will update the full story when everything ends and I will get possession of my only living place

Irresponsible and cheating Taylors Letting Bradley Stroke

I had a nightmare experience with Taylors Lettings Bradley Stroke branch the past 7 months.Taylors letting agents - Daniel Roberts haven’t bare his responsibility to discuss with my tenants about the moving out date and procedure, finally the tenants return us a poor condition property to us even we did an inventory report at the beginning which presented was totally clean and tidy. In the process, we show all the photos evidence but Taylors don’t deal with this, just ask us to communicate with the tenants by ourselves, finally we can’t come up a result. I have a question why I have to pay money to do that inventory report at the beginning ???So the tenants rised a dispute to MyDeposit (is a private company, not under government deposit system). We submitted all the photos evidence and the invoices which paid money to cleaning company resume the property clean. Taylors - Paul Maxshall (Deposit manager) said that will need about 3th month time for the result and I will get an email from MyDeposit of the result and I can say of the results. But finally I got no summary report even nor email from MyDeposit of the deposit issue. In between actually I was very hard can reached Paul and his team on phone and his reply email… so they just ignored me and the file closed by silence. So I tried to communicate with MyDeposit but unfortunately again, Taylors signed in itself as the registered person even I the landlord, I can’t ask the details and process of the issue. MyDeposit told me to ask Taylors to put me into but Taylors just keep ignored! I felt really frustrated, it was wasting my time to follow the case with no way and extremely bad experience to deal with Taylors and I can’t even get back the claim money I should have.Taylors Bradley Stoke is not responsible and a liar!!!

Francesca and James have been so helpful throughout the moving process. James was able to deliver on negotiating a contract which suited my needs. On our viewing of the property, he mentioned some of the work which was going to be carried out on the property and when I arrived I found that it actually had been carried out. While this sounds perfectly reasonable, it is in stark contrast to my experience renting in London where I was at the mercy of unreasonable agencies and landlords. (Thanks also to the landlord for actually doing the work!) Francesca is exceptionally responsive to all queries and has been so patient with the number of tedious requests I've made! It has been genuinely refreshing. Thanks!

Darren liaised with me in 2016 when I moved house, and is currently liaising with me for my new move, hopefully soon. From viewing the flat to moving in, Taylors, and more specifically, Abigail, have been nothing but professional and extremely friendly. No ask has ever been too much for them, we arranged a second viewing within a week of the first viewing and Abigail and James were more than happy to facilitate. As a company we have recently rented 16 Properties from Taylors Cardiff Bay Branch as part of a project in Cardiff Firstly all 16 Properties are of a very high standard and if anyone is looking to rent in Cardiff Bay I would recommend contacting Taylors. Having viewed almost 25 properties with Ashleigh she is very professional, patient and has a fantastic knowledge of the properties that they have available. Having giving her a brief overview of what we were looking for she picked the perfect properties for our requirements. Her communication throughout the process was also excellent We had a very short turnaround on the properties and Taylors were very efficient and had everything organised for our Deadline. From an Admin and contracts point of view Vicky provided excellent customer service, was very organised and was very patient when I required help with certain elements.
