I had a great experience with Taylors. Naomi Hall was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so easy and stress-free. Everything was completed within just a week, which I really appreciated. Naomi was professional, responsive, and supportive at every stage, always making sure I understood what was going on. The team at Taylors were also very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. Thanks to them, securing my current apartment was smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend their services!

After our original flat fell through at the last minute, Spencer Thomas was wonderful in helping us find a new place in Cardiff Bay. Throughout our time renting with Taylors, he was great! He responded to communication quickly, was polite and caring, and even went above and beyond his role to problem solve when we had a final refund issue after move-out. Spencer deserves 5 stars! The lower rating is due to the Assistant Lettings Branch Manager, HS, who was consistently dismissive, uninterested in helping and provided the absolute minimum of communication, verging onto rudeness. We did not feel supported by her at all and felt that we had to go over her head to get appropriate help, particularly after move-out with our required refund. It is unfortunate that this person does not meet her colleagues' level of respect and professionalism when dealing with clients.

I’m grateful to the Cardiff Bay team (including Spencer & Harriet) for making my relocation from London to Cardiff so stress free. Everyone I spoke to in the office was polite & helpful, and in all my years of renting I’ve never dealt with such an organised agency. The check-in process has been administered brilliantly and I’m delighted with my new flat! As I’m planning to buy my own place in the next few years, I spoke to Cerys (the Countrywide Mortgage advisor based in the office) who talked me through the mortgage process & answered the (many!) questions I had about it. Thanks to the whole team - I can’t fault the service they’ve provided!

Our experience with Taylor’s Sales and Letting Agents has been unacceptable. The apartment they provided was not in a habitable condition, and despite repeatedly raising our concerns, the issues were ignored and left unresolved. To make matters worse, a colleague named Harriett was extremely unprofessional and dismissive when we sought help. Instead of addressing the problems, she showed little regard for our situation and treated our genuine concerns with rudeness and disregard. On top of that a colleague member had to apologise for the rudeness she displayed in our call. We expected a basic standard of care and professionalism, but this agency has failed on every front. We cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible letting agent.

Great experience letting through Taylor’s. Spencer the agent was very accommodating and responsive throughout and any concerns or issues were dealt with fast so I never felt worried or delayed. On moving day, all documents had already been signed so it was a quick and easy process allowing us to get moved in straight away. Thank you to James and the team! Moving homes is already a very stressful experience, so it is incredibly important to have a letting agency that is genuinely helpful throughout the process. Working with Taylors was a very positive experience- the team was always friendly, approachable, and ready to help whenever we had questions. Communication was prompt, and all viewings and appointments were well organised, which made the whole process much smoother. I would especially like to thank our lettings negotiator, Spencer, who supported us greatly throughout the viewing and application process. I recently bought a flat marketed by Taylors. I really recommend their services for anyone looking to buy. They're a really friendly team with a very personal but professional approach. James is very proactive and took me on viewings according to the type of property I was looking for. Always with a smile! Paige is very accommodating, even staying late to fit in a viewing last minute. Sian was especially helpful in the final (stressful!) stages of the property purchase. She is very responsive by phone, email, or in person. As an office their willingness to help was much appreciated and I felt very supported throughout the whole process.

Myself and my partner bought our first property in February this year, and the Taylors team were absolutely amazing. With it being my first time even considering purchasing a property, I was feeling very 'deer in the headlights' when it came to finding a property, especially because I had such a limited budget. Sian was so incredibly patient with me, with my hundred and one questions , and even more so when my mum had a million and one more. Despite having an unconventional move from England to Cardiff, she really helped keep the process streamlined. James and Paige were also super accommodating, especially when I wanted to revisit the property numerous times to help build my Pinterest board and measure up for furniture. Overall, the team are absolutely amazing and really made me feel like they were just as excited as me to get the keys to my first home.

Everything was going well until we returned the property. Three weeks after we left, the agency carried out a "professional" inspection, exaggerating everything. It looks like they were desperate to take money from our deposit in one way or another. Despite leaving the property in better condition than when we moved in, we were charged £250 for cleaning dust accumulated above the sockets. After almost a year, I am still waiting for the receipt. The company holding the deposit only sent an invoice and tried to trick me into thinking it was the receipt. Guys you could have just offered the cleaning service and I would have paid for it, I don't understand why you needed to mount such a scene.
