GoogleViewing arrangents made were ok, and told ahead that the agent would not have any knowledge what so ever of the property. After making an offer, communication was very poor, I had to chase for several days to get any update on the offer. Service was very disengaged and disinterested. I was given no insight into seller position or intent and it felt like I was just being nuisance trying to buy the property.....

GoogleI would recommend this estate agency to everybody. From my first meetup with Oliver Karamouzis to the end of the transaction he was courteous, always answered any e mails I sent within 30 mins. Always found out the answers to my questions. Stephanie was lovely too. The team seemed to understand the predicament I was in after being very messed about by another local estate agent and my purchase went very very smoothly in 4 weeks. Oliver personally bought the keys to me and to top it all 4 lovely cream cakes ( these really helped as we seemed to have forgotten about food on the day of the move) I honestly would give 5 +++++++ if the review allowed me too. GoogleI popped into the Cardiff Bay Office 2 months ago on the off chance that I may find an apartment to buy in my price range.The lovely Becky spent time with me and was able to show me the property I was interested in within the hour.I didnt have a mortgage in place and I was given the opportunity to discuss options the same day.The mortgage adviser Kate sorted me out and gave me lots of advice.The whole team along with Oliver were helpful friendly and professional.I am now a happy home owner.Many Thanks MGY Cardiff Bay

GoogleVery helpful, and professional. I forgot my keys in the apartment and locked myself out. I found the emergency number . Then Toby ( one of the agents) had to leave his commitment and help me to assess my flat again and that was very quick. They are supportive.the flat I rented has abeautiful view on a reservoir located in the twon Center close to the bay ,good affordable rent price . And the agency is considering and understanding to any changes
