GoogleOliver and Becky at MGY were a pleasure to deal with. Both were straight to the point and didn't mess around waiting for days to send emails. They picked up the phone and found a way to always make contact to process my sale and purchase. The move in procedure was the most thorough I have experienced and Morgan made everything very clear and easy throughout the process. GoogleReally dissapointed from the service from the onset from this agency. Cardiff is a lovely city however the service provided by MGY from the sales down to the handover was appalling. Frankly an unprofessional company with a lack of interest or care for their tenants and an unfriendly service despite dealing with a pregnant person at the time. The property when handed to us was given in quite an unclean state yet when we vacated the property we were charged high professional cleaning rates. Items were left behind by previous tenants and in the storage facilities which remained their for quite some time before they were removed. The handover was dealt very poorly, little communication and felt very clinical. Definitely do not recommend. For a friendly and professional service I would look elsewhere.
We are bemused by the points made in your review, which contrast with our experience of this tenancy. Our dealings were only ever with yourself (the named tenant, no other tenants were declared). Relations between you and our Lettings agent were amicable and amenable throughout, even during end of contract negotiations (which were not straight forward due to complications from your side). We can only recommend that, should you rent elsewhere in future and be unhappy with any element of the service provided, you raise any issues at the time - so that the agent is given an opportunity to rectify the situation. Rather than for them to believe they have a happy tenant only to find out by review that they didn’t. -MGY-

GoogleI've just sold a property through MGY and Oliver and Becky made what can be an incredibly stressful experience seem very easy and straight forward, I can't speak highly enough of them. They found a buyer incredibly quickly and Oliver was especially brilliant in dealing with the solicitors and giving them a 'gentle nudge' when needed. Less than 3 months between the property hitting the market and completion is a testament to their great work. Thanks guys!

I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl (and occasionally Spencer) whilst sorting a commercial lease. Cheryl has a lot of experience, which made it easy to trust that things would be done properly and professionally. It wasn't a straight forward transaction (thanks to a storm blowing off more than a few roof tiles from the property!), but she made the process a lot less stressful thanks to her communication with both me and the landlords. It was great to have Spencer on hand too, when Cheryl wasn't available. Thank you both for your time and energy on this.
