I recently completed the sale of my apartment in Cardiff with MGY. The property was previously listed by another estate agent who were useless, and moving to MGY was a breath of fresh air. Very efficient and professional throughout, excellent photos and detailed listing, followed by two viewings a few days later, one of whom made an offer there and then which I accepted. Coincidentally MGY also sold the apartment I bought, and their progressions team kept track of things throughout the rather protracted conveyancing process. While the conveyancing was ongoing I needed to view the apartment I was buying twice, once to take measurements and photos of work needed, and once with a contractor who was quoting for the work, and MGY were happy to arrange these. MGY are exactly how estate agents should be, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and friendly. Their fees, 1% of sale price, are fair too.

I’ve dealt with estate agents in the past so was dreading a selling my flat and buying a house. However MGY changed my views of estate agents completely. Oliver and Becky were great at keeping everyone in the loop and even offered advice for mortgages etc. It took a long time because of a chain but it was so much easier than I thought it would be and everything was all wrapped up in one place and pretty much dealt with by MGY.
