TrustpilotFinally found my ideal permanent property
I moved into property off Kings Road in Pontcanna. I was advised of the property initially from Emma Rees. I found her extremely professional, approachable and accessible throughout the whole letting process. She was quick coming back with any queries I had and it was very positive experience. I would certainly recommend MGY to other potential renters.

GoogleDo not rent with this agent. Tried to make us pay £50 for mould around a bath and leaking tap they failed to fix. The onus is on the landlord to prove wear and tear. Disgusting practices. I look forward to their waffling reply to this review.

GoogleThe simplest of transactions - no chain, first time buyers - took six months to complete! Cost extra £1200+ in stamp duty. Agents apparently unaware of restrictions on buyers when they introduced them. Unaware or not prepared to share issues with similar sales. Little or no contact during the six months. Complaints whitewashed. Have been engaged in buying/ selling 10 times in past 20 years. This is by far worst experience. AVOID!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

To date, my best experience with a letting agent in Cardiff. I miss MGY, and if we were still renting they would always be my first port-of-call. Very professional, always on time and prompt with messaging, they seem to be the only letting agency in Cardiff that treats tenants with the same respect they treat landlords.
