GoogleWithout the hard work of Neil Jones on behalf of both parties to our transaction I'm sure it would never have been completed. He went out of his way to obtain all the necessary information for the sale, keeping us updated at all times as to progress, and it was his negotiating skills that brought it to a successful conclusion; all done with good humour and managing to keep us happy.

Very bad communication from lettings team. We may have been young but definitely shouldn’t have been taken advantage off. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. It’s all about money with them rather than helping.

Googlethe worst estate agency I have ever come across with...I am a landlord and renting some where else...every occasion I had the misfortune of coming across with this agency their services have been consistently bad.. Avoid at all cost, if you can..

GoogleBooked a viewing for a lovely flat and had a confirmation email from a Morgan Mepham but no one showed up, leaving stood on the street outside! I drove all the way from Bristol to Cardiff, and with fuel prices the way they are it’s a hard pill to swallow. Lovely on the phone, but still terrible service.
