GoogleWe just completed the sale of our house in Llandaff, Cardiff. Neil Jones was extremely helpful, including arranging for a Building Control certificate to be issued despite Cardiff City Council being essentially closed due to Corona, which enabled us to complete the sale. We recommend Darlows, and Neil, to anyone seeking to buy or sell in Cardiff.

GoogleI recently sold my mums property through Darlows Canton. Neil and Jo were really sympathetic to the situation. They held an open house to market the property and they had a few offers on the table by the end of the day! Jo was absolutely brilliant and was always very responsive to any questions or queries. If you plan on selling your property then give Darlows Canton a call. You won’t be disappointed!!

TrustpilotLANDLORDS AVOID AVOID AVOID DARLOWS…
LANDLORDS AVOID AVOID AVOID DARLOWS ALBANY ROAD who have their property management in Newport . they take you money, dont answer eamils or calls and you basically will end up managing the property yourselves. They are really useless . Been with them for about 6 months and they are really incompetent .
Hi Naheed, I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with the property management team. Please reach out to myself via kate.benjamin@haart.co.uk and I would be happy to discuss things further with you.

TrustpilotDarlows: tip top service!
Darlows have provided me with excellent Customer Service recently, when the charming Nicole (who completed all the letting paperwork for me in an alarmingly efficient manner!) brought the first prospective tenants to view on saturday; within 45 minutes they had agreed to take the place on a 12 month term - what could be better?Seriously impressed with the whole team, and my grateful thanks to them for all their efforts behind the scene.
