Where do I start except… AVOID.!They were nothing but unhelpful when purchasing through them, advertised a property dimensions incorrect!Rhys, Adam & Matthew are completely incompetent.Won’t go in to it but most definitely wouldn’t sell or buy a property through Darlows Rumney or Darlows in General!We are currently in talks with our solicitors due to their awful service!

Me and my partner are letting a new place down the bay and the service we have recieved from the team is second to none especially since the country was on lockdown at the time of us applying and moving. Terrible company. All they do is push their mortgage at the end of every conversation even though I blatantly told them I had used a personal broker. They've also gamified the system so that people who don't have a mortgage through them aren't given priority on viewings and open house offers. No sense of the individuals experience seeking their dream home just naked capitalism.
