GoogleI found Hannah at the Albany office extremly rude and unhelpful when arranging a viewing for a property. Very condescending and judgemental while assuming my price range! Will be finding my perfect first home elsewhere.

James Arthur, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case. The staff in branch are usually highly commended for the service they provide whilst matching suitable properties. Naturally, establishing a budget is a key question when assisting with you with your property search in order to ensure we don't send you properties that are not suitable for you. Please contact us at 029 2046 4447 when you have an opportunity and we will be more than happy to try and turn your experience around.
