I was to see an house. I ask for applications form but thay just laid that call back with more information and will send an form by email and of course this does not happened. When I go to agency to ask for application they said house is not more available. Just lost my time

GoogleWent for mortgage advice with Jon in the evening. As first time buyers we both felt the advice he gave was incredibly useful in finding the best mortgage deal for us. We are in a much better position to look at houses now than we were before we went in. Would definitely recommend.

Went to see a flat viewing and tried to contact 7 times saying that i wanted to rent the flat. I was told that someone would call me back but i was never contacted. I then saw that the flat was taken by checking rightmove. Very unprofessional and really bad communication

I first started speaking with Nicole from the Merthyr branch of Darlows approximately 6-8 months ago with a view to buying a property and letting it out. Due to the pandemic and restictions, it has took much longer than I had hoped to secure a property, but I have been really grateful of the initial advice Nicole provided me with, and the advice given in relation to properties I have been considering, despite her knowing that I didnt have instant business to give to Darlows. I have found her to provide excellent customer service and she has been amazing in her efficiency and quick responses. I have every confidence in her and look forward to her managing my property.
