GoogleHad a flat viewing in Roath area with Estate Agent Kristie Simmons. Kristie responded to all the queries I had and took the time to show me around the property. Very professional approach as an offer was put in for the flat a bit earlier that day and could have cancelled the viewing last minute but did not.

Terrible company. All they do is push their mortgage at the end of every conversation even though I blatantly told them I had used a personal broker. They've also gamified the system so that people who don't have a mortgage through them aren't given priority on viewings and open house offers. No sense of the individuals experience seeking their dream home just naked capitalism.
