GoogleThis is purely regarding Nadia Refae who was very polite and got my issue sorted and followed up by calling asking if i was happy and yes i am. shame the rest of the staff that have been their longer couldn't learn from Nadia.

GoogleFabulous and smooth renewal process with Darlows. 5 stars to Lauren Keirle. I would just say that the reporting on rental income needs to be improved but when we enquired they sorted it quickly.

I really appreciated their gestures and the way they explained everything. The agency was also great to work with - they were very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!

LANDLORDS AVOID AVOID AVOID DARLOWS ALBANY ROAD who have their property management in Newport . they take you money, dont answer eamils or calls and you basically will end up managing the property yourselves. They are really useless . Been with them for about 6 months and they are really incompetent .

One person there who particularly impressed us was M/S Hannah Moss with her good product knowledge, swift responses to enquiries for further information and ,most importantly , getting back to us by phone or email when she promised to do so. Hannah has a polite, welcoming and friendly manner when dealing with potential clients and is a credit to her company.
