I was a bit nervous when I decided to sell my property as this was a first time for me. Initially, I even thought I could sell the property by myself, in an attempt to save on the agency cost. However, having tenants in situ and living 5 hours away from the property, I was a bit unsure on how to proceed. I am so glad I chose Darlows instead and, even more, that my case was managed by Hannah. She's been terrific to say the least. She provided useful advice for my situation (selling with tenants in situ), took the time to clarify every doubt and even liaised with the tenants. She's also been incredible responsive: I've never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from her. She definitely gave me back the peace of mind I lost when I decided to sell. Although the sale is still not completed I wanted to take some time to review what's been done so far, and I have nothing but praise for Hannah. My partner and I are currenting in the process of purchasing a property with Darlows. Both Connor and Hannah have been absolutely fantastic thus far. During our search, Connor showed us around several properties. He was very personable and wonderfully helpful when answering our many many questions! We have liaised more with Hannah since having our offer accepted, and she has been incredibly professional and supportive. We especially appreciate that Hannah has maintained regular contact with us and been sure to give us updates promptly. Disgusting service

The worst experience I have ever had with letting agents. Communication so bad that I had a breakdown. We were made me to believe that we were being considered for a property, constantly told to expect a call back and email that we never received. We got in contact two weeks ago, told that a virtual viewing was booked in, but no confirmation and it never happened. Left in the dark the entire time while being told to wait for contact. Taking time out of our schedules to get in contact while being told to wait and that they are 'very busy' again and again Two weeks and apparently to busy to even send an email telling us to look on. I'm baffled as to how a company could be so busy that within two weeks not one email could be sent out. All we ever asked was to be informed. This entire experience was a waste of our time. After calling numerous times, we were hung up on multiple times and constantly relayed to the consiegre team (when calling directly to the branch that managed the property we were looking at) and told to wait AGAIN. It became clear that we were just being intentionally ignored. The most unprofessional and appalling service I have ever received. Cowardly service that instead of informing us just left us waiting/ignored and dismissed. From previous reviews it is clear this has been going on for a very long time. The most recent positive reviews I feel almost certain are entirely fake. Please listen to the huge amount of terrible reviews and trust that this company is not worth your time or money. I looked at these reviews a while ago and thought the good evened them out enough. This was a mistake and I wish I had disregarded this company as soon as they showed signs of their extreme incompetence. I do not wish this experience on anyone and want to warn of the extreme distress they have caused me personally. It is not an exaggeration. If this company doesn't change...... I don't see them surviving for long. I am disgusted and shocked at how bad this entire ordeal was. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Waste of time AND MONEY!

Will not call you with updates or even when u request a call back! Communication is shocking quick enough taking the money to do absolutely nothing. Ended up doing everything my self with solicitors and baristas! Even when keys were suppose to be handed in at a certain time (court orders) they still didn’t have any communication or idea what was going on! Rung on number of occasions to see if they had the keys. Promised to give a call back when they “have information” still waiting! Absolutely shocking and a waste of time AND MONEY!
