Darlows Cardiff reviews

Darlows found new tenants for my property very promptly after marketing. There were a few problems leading up to the move in date but Michael Tustin was very responsive to my emails and queries and managed to turn this around, taking a large amount of stress off my shoulders. He had done his research and had good knowledge of the tenants backgrounds and also made them feel at ease upon move in. With such a tight turnaround there were works required from the previous tenants moving out but Mike manage to re-assure the new tenants that these were being completed and manage their expectations accordingly, which again saved a lot of undue hassle.

I met with Sam McAllister earlier on as he came out for a property visit and I feel very pleased with the outcome of the visit. Sam was very polite and cheerful and explained the process and reasons of the property visit which helped put my mind at ease. I would like to thank Sam for getting in touch about the visit and for also keeping me up to date with visit dates and times which helped myself with planning my day. I hope this feedback does reach Sam, Thank you for the service Georgia

We've had 2 visits to a property with Darlows, Anjula showed us around & was most helpful on both occasions, which has been helpful in making a decision on offering for a lovely home. Darlows themselves have been efficient, quick to respond to queries & in relaying information.

Stephanie Richards is great, I’ve worked with her on a number of occasions, I’m always kept informed and am always able to contact her when I need to. In addition to this, I’ve found her to be caring and friendly; I experienced this after a nasty fall in her presence.

I have got my property up for rent…

I have got my property up for rent soon, but getting doubts if I should use darlows, They hardly answer emails with questions. Never communicate with me, I'll be out of the country while my property will be rented, how can I trust darlows to give full management of my property when they didn't communicate with me.Had app today just for someone to help me fill out licence form, as never did one, I turned up at shop, but he wasn't there. I should have looked at the reviews first before deciding with darlows, nothing but bad reviews

The people are thieves!

The people are thieves!I bought a house with them in Tredegar Wales and they don't even let me have the spare keys or the contact details of the person renting the house currently. It is their way to blackmail me to use their lettings team to manage the house which has proven to be useless.People involved in this? Oliver Manifold (lettings team), Daniel Watkins (sales) and Jessica Jones (sales). If this drags a bit more I will contact a lawyer and start legal action. They have me trapped trying to get management fees for being useless. They sold me the house and they want proof it is mine ffs. You managed the property in the past and you never increased the price, why would I let you manage my property now if you are useless!?Awful experience top to bottom, never again!

The best customer service( 10 out of 10). Emma showed me around a lovely property in Castelton, Cardiff, yesterday 13/03/20. @ 11:00 am Today my husband and two boys viewed the same house. Emma is so good at her job... In a very relaxed and professional way she gave us great information about the house, Location , and really everything we needed to know. And answered all questions with a super smile and happy positive attitude .
