During this Covid situation I have had some issues with the property, so sent an email not sure if I’d get a response. Well I was wrong I received a phone call back from Chloe who was polite professional and caring. She was more than helpful in doing her best to sort out the issues for me. I have recently sold my house through Darlows of Brynmawr and cannot praise them highly enough. I have received a professional and efficient service from the first day to the last. I felt like a valued customer and nothing was too much trouble for the girls there. I was provided with continuous updates and always had my phone calls returned promptly when I needed any information. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in the area considering buying or selling a property as the service was first class and faultless. The staff are a credit to the company.

GoogleThe staff in llanishen darlows were fantastic! We didn't end up buying a house. However, I couldn't have asked for anymore. Great customer service and professionalism. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The team were always proactive. I fully recommend using this office and staff.

GoogleViewed a house in Thornhill and we were treated like school kids. We booked an appointment well ahead but when we arrived there was another family. The agent was rude and told us she's got appointment in 10 mins. Inattentive and double standard snob.

Very bad communication from lettings team. We may have been young but definitely shouldn’t have been taken advantage off. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. It’s all about money with them rather than helping.
