No communication skills

Happened now the second time in a row that we were booked in to view a house and we were let down by the agents. First time the agent did not show up and multiple members of the team lied to us this was the Cardiff branch, they stated that the agent is on the way while it turned out there was no booking at all and we waited for no one to come out for 20 minutes. The second time they have failed to notify us in time about that they cannot get access to the property to show it to us. This resulted in us taking half-day off from work for absolutely no reason. Needless to say, I cannot recommend the company at all and very happy that we did not sell our house through them and won't be buying anything that is being sold through Darlows. Big let down. Would have given 0 scores if I could for the unprofessional work. Also, that is not an excuse for no communication between team members that some work from home. Writing an email and paying attention should be the minimum skill for being able to work for a company like that.

Great professional attitude

Great professional attitude from the staff at Darlows, good photos taken of a rental property I needed letting and good communication when they were contacting me. Only slight criticism is when I would try to contact them, not always possible. As I say, slight criticism, otherwise very friendly & efficient.

Pontypridd branch. 3 occasions been in contact to arrange viewings of separate properties. To be told someone will call back to arrange and never happened. Would never sell a property with these agents. Really really poor. Potential sales slipping through fingers awful.

This can be a very stressful process, but today the entire affair was wrapped up very nicely as I had the pleasure of meeting with Sam McAllister. The manner in which he conducted our inventory etc was highly professional, and he went above and beyond to answer any questions and queries that I had. A very friendly, approachable and well informed man, who has overall left a fantastic impression on behalf of the company. CHARLATANS-DARLOWS ALBANY RD

Anyone thinking of renting their property or needing to rent a property through Darlows should stay clear of them. Their service is worse than appalling and they never answer emails or telephone calls. They are a complete shower of charlatans who are happy to take money but do nothing in return. If they approach you then run like the wind in an opposite direction. You use them at your peril.
