I disclosed that I had a CCJ when filling out the forms. I had to wait for information from my sister before I could submit them all, but in the meantime my manager at work received an email asking for a reference which I thought was strange as I had not sent it off yet. I then get a call to say they cannot go ahead with my application (IT WAS NOT FILLED OUT YET) and now I have been told I will not be receiving my £191.00 deposit back. Ok then Right Move... You just keep my money that I work hard for. It's not like you need it.

Repeated spamming emails despite…

Repeated spamming emails despite numerous requests to unsubscribe via different methods.Whether Your Move is good or bad, I don't know but tactics like this just put me off and I would never trust a company with a pretend 'unsubscribe' option which they choose to ignore. Simply immoral.Resorted to blocking Your Move completely because it's the only way to stop it.Your move needs to read and heed Gov.UK...."Customers have the right to stop their information being used for direct marketing. You must make it easy to opt out - for example by sending a 'STOP' text to a short number, or using an 'unsubscribe' link."In response to Your Move...The only way to fix is to ensure an unsubscribe button means just that. I have no wish to communicate and have blocked Your Move permanently.

They will spam you to death!

I have no idea what "Your Move" is, but they've apparently bought or found my email address online, as I'm receiving a huge amount of unwanted spam newsletters from them. I've unsubscribed a million times but they completely ignore it. I tried to go on their website but it says I don't have an account with them, and the only way to contact them is enter the postcode of the branch you've been dealing with - I've not had any dealings with any branch! Just stop spamming me non-stop, I'm not planning to move, and this guarantees I won't even use you! Stop buying scammy email lists!

Chris and the team have been amazing- from that first hello to the last goodbye- Chris has gone above and beyond to do all he could to get a timely completion- he has chased and moaned at people down the chain- spoken to other agents and been overall the best- he said he’d look after us and he has been true to his work- would not hesitate to recommend this top gent to anyone- amazing and for once I think this is an agent that has truly earned every single penny. Highly professional service

Putting your house on the market is not always a straight forward or smooth process. But my experience this time around I would say was smooth. I didn’t have any prior knowledge of Your move estate agent, nor did I read any review about them. It was a gamble. I chose them based on the endless leaflet through my letter box. So decided to invite them for an appraisal. Then I met Shahzad, a highly experienced, knowledgeable and convincing agent. His presentation was like no other, so didn’t have a choice after meeting other estate agents who to go with to sell my property. Although I had anxiety about the number of people coming through the door to view the property, Shaz kept me updated, made suggestions and reassured me. I felt I was in safe hands. My property was on offer within 4 weeks and in the process of completing sale and purchase of my property. So, it has been a positive experience, and will recommend your move to friends and family.

By stark contrast, Helen and Richard were constant in their responses, frequently prompting the sleepy participants.Helen kept on the case, allaying frustrations by courteous approaches against a series of inexplicable and disgraceful obfuscation.Communications with Helen were always prompt, pleasant and reassuring. Shahzad Ahmed is a very thorough, professional estate agent. The market had slowed down when I signed with him, but he managed to screen and find a buyer and secured a price that was very acceptable. I would not hesitate in recommending him and his colleague Sarah to anyone looking for an extremely, thorough, efficient and competent Estate Agency. Of course the house is just at offer stage but it seems a pretty tight chain and I’m very confident Shaz will see this sale through to contract exchange.

I will describe the situations: I found an apartment on the agency's website that interested me and I made a purchase offer, the offer was accepted by a person selling a flat, When I was watching the apartment, I asked if there are any problems with this apartment, I received the answer that the seller wants to sell the apartment as soon as possible because he goes away. After almost a year of waiting time, I received a message that the seller withdrew the offer, without giving a reason. And of course the money back from the agency I did not receive. IN MY OPINION THE AGENCY IS JUST CHEATING ON THE CLIENT IN THIS WAY.

I have recently exchanged contracts and can share some experiences with the purchase. Steve, Joe and the team have been really helpful during the purchase. They have been very accommodating when I requested to visit the property several times as well as arranging for builders/surveyors to come for quotes on some renovation work. YourMoveDentonIf I could give them a no star I would. Moved out of the property in August and still waiting on my deposit back! Being passed from person to person and still get nowhere. They say it’s MyDeposit who need to give it back, MyDeposit said they’re waiting to get something back from YourMove, YourMove say they’ve done everything then MyDeposit say it’s YourMove who needs to release it back to us.. absolute joke! 2 months and no deposit back!
