I used to rent a flat for about 6-7 years through Your Move and it was worst experience I ever had!!! For the time being with the agency I had a lot of queries regarding mould issues, holes in between insulation, I had slugs coming through the holes in my 6 year old daughter room , I used to throw away 3 wardrobes and a lot of personal belongings. I spent thousands on repairs from my own pocket!!! My neighbours ceiling fall off in a bathroom and nothing has been done (Same agency). Also I had leak from upstairs 4 times which destroyed my 70” TV and some small belongings. Never get any single penny back!!! I can write a poem about all that happened for the time I’ve been with them. Not helpful at all, very rude and unprofessional. Would recommend to avoid the agency!!! Unfortunately can’t attached pictures have more than 1k pics with issues. Just want to add on top, then I contacted landlords direct they never knew about issues. Landlords were amazing and helpful rather than agency. Warning for landlords too, avoid the agency they will destroy your property and reputation.

GoogleAs someone who has been playing the "rent this house if you can" game for several months now, it has become like a second job, less pleasant than seeing that aunty with the dodgy eye and that strange odor, a blend of TCP and unrealised dreams. I am pleased to say that this time around the process was made much less stressful, thanks to a young lady by the name of Izzy Murphy. I don't usually give reviews, however it would be remiss of me to not give thanks to Izzy, as from the off, she was friendly and professional. Despite all of my questions, Izzy made time for me and even went above and beyond the standard of service I have come to expect, replying to emails in no time at all. I believe she is a credit to this company and would both use this service again and recommend to a friend. Izzy for president! Jokes aside, many thx Izzy for destressing a stressful process for me, all the best, Ike

Amazing service from Jade and Lee from Your Move in Walkden. Jade was so lovely and informative and was able to book me in for a viewing on the same day and the house was just what I was looking for for long term renting. Unlike other estate agents, Jade was so warm and welcoming. Lee helped with the tenancy as well, being very informative and patient during the referencing process and tenancy agreement setup. I can’t thank both of them enough for all of their help, I’m so happy in my new home. 😊

My journey from viewing the property to starting the documentation process was done By Mr Anish who was very patient and helpful as everytime I turn to him with my Query he was there always. Mr Alan who did my completion was too helpful and his friendly nature made me more comfortable to buzz him every single time when I couldn’t understand few things. Overall my experience with them was 10/10.

I arranged a viewing through these guys about a year ago. Since then they've been sending me spam emails a couple of times a week. There is no link in the email to unsubscribe, so I keep blocking the email. Every time I block one email, they start sending more spam from another name. It's driving me crazy. None of the other estate agents I used have done this.

Contacted Your Move when I didn't agree with the valuation the surveyor gave me for my remortgage and they asked for some comparative sold houses. Shaz was extremely helpful and informative and went to the trouble of compiling this list for me, even though he really didn't have to. I also asked other estate agents in the area to do this for me but Shaz at Your Move was the only one to help. Has made me consider Your Move for any further business to do with my house. They were extremely responsive throughout the process, in particular Jade who was in continuous contact with myself to make sure I had everything I needed for my move. I definitely recommend them.
