The staff in Swinton are so professional, pro active and really get the job done! My house received 2 offers within a week of going on the market! Not only did it sell quickly, best and final offers were negotiated and I got 5k above the asking price! Lynn, Cath and Leah kept my informed of any viewings and feedback. Since the sale was agreed, Leah has updated me on the sales progress, she’s really on the ball! My house is vacant and it’s a 3 hours drive to the office. So, from the moment I dropped my keys off the whole process has been dealt with by Your Move on my behalf. It’s been stress free and I couldn’t recommend using Your Move enough!

Surprisingly bad company with zero competence and negative client orientation! Especially Durham office! Yesterday they're asking about how we run the business, today - they're are cowardly jumping out the point. Don't lose your time if you'd like to keep your money save!

Unserious folks, never going to rent with them anymore. They act nice before you take the property, after which any complaint you have in the property they just won’t care. I have been complaining about the absurd state of the property since 1yr we moved in but they never reply or return my calls. Review is with regards to the stoke on Trent longton branch

David arrived to value my dad’s home to either rent or sell. His advice was invaluable and we decide upon the rental market. Leading us to Rachel, Rachael and Leighanne. These ladies are so professional and knowledgeable. The house was rented out quickly. These ladies have taken away the stress for me and I feel confident in their abilities to see through all the paperwork and calls needed. They have sifted through many applications and hand picked the right persons for the house. I can’t thank them enough. Brilliant people. Great team. Would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Rachel. No stars if possible! Simply too difficult for both buyers and vendors. I viewed a property with a previous agent. When I wanted to put an offer for the property when it was later advertised by Your Move (Wollaton), Grace of Your Move advised that my offer be put through the previous agent. When the vendor accepted my offer (through that agent), Your Move continued to take viewings for the property, refused to take the property off the market or put "STC" on its advertisements for the property despite the vendor's instructions. Two weeks after my offer for the property was accepted and despite the vendor's instructions, the property is still on the market. Alix was the agent looking after the subject property. When the vendor later tried to reach Your Move, Alix was "unavailable" to revert to the vendor and did not return the vendor's call. I emailed Your Move to get a confirmation that the property is off the market due to the vendor's acceptance, no response from Your Move either. When I asked to view other properties, they were more than happy to oblige. My recommendation is not to deal with Your Move. I am stopping other viewings with Your Move. Your Move is simply too difficult to deal with.

Having never owned a house before, I found myself inheriting a property and having to decide what the best course of action to take was.Given my situation at the time, I arranged for a Your Move employee to come out and value the property and just have a general chat about options that suited me. It was Michael who came out to do the valuation for me and we had a lengthy chat about options and I decided that selling the property would be my best option.Michael was very thorough with instructions and gave me names of people/companies to get involved regarding all the Energy Ratings, Legal etc. Really appreciated this 'hand-holding' as I was totally clueless.From that point onwards I dealt with Dan and Joe. Before and during the property being up for sale, communication was absolutely top-notch. They would organise the viewings, let me know through their Your Move portal as well as phone call that a viewing was taking place/cancelled/complete. Give me feedback on how they thought the viewing went, if it seemed as though it would materialise into anything, have tough conversations on my behalf, have tough conversations WITH me regarding having to be aggressive in lowering price due to interest and realistic expectations. While it was a shame that it sold for much less than originally expected, I understood why that happened and it was all thanks to the clear guidance from the guys there.Once the sale was coming close to completion, again they were very helpful in trying to organise viewings of properties for me and my family. In the end, after speaking to David Meredith (Embrace) who works in Your Move and recommended to me, a decision was made to go down the Shared Ownership route as this fitted our financial position best and this is now currently pending waiting on a full mortgage application. With the hope that in April 2024, we can move into our new family home.Thanks a lot lads, really appreciate all the hard work you've put in over the last almost year.

Andrew presented as an honest agent, giving a fair and realistic valuation which led to a lot of interest very quickly. This was particularly appreciated having been greatly over valued by a previous agent which led to hardly any viewings and no offers at all! We subsequently sold for above the asking price thanks to Andrew and his staff. Communication throughout the process was excellent - would thoroughly recommend! A+

There were plenty of viewings and some offers which I am happy with considering the slow market and interest rate headwinds.I’ve been kept up-to-date with progress given good advice at all times whenever I ring, the office phone is answered quickly with enthusiasm and professionalism. We had to move out of our rented property and the admin team were super unhelpful. They wouldn't communicate and when you would get a hold of them they'd make it seem that you had no right to ask for information. I do have to say that one of the agents Chantae was great and helped where she could.
