Your move has done an excellent job in selling our house from start to finish within a remarkably short period.I cannot speak high enough of staff at Durham (Ian, Nicky, Annaleigh, Chera-lise, Dominic and Sue). Ian Taylor's advise and guidance was excellent. Nicky, Dominic and Sue always kept us up to date with progress and on goings. I would highly recommend Your Move.

GoogleSuperficially friendly, but mostly incompetent. Don't provide a good service to tenants. Wanted to find out specific details about the property before renting it. They promised they'd contact landlord to find out but only did so after 5th phone call to harass them. Tried to make us sign an inventory before we had moved in and thus before we had the chance to check the state of the property and its contents in detail. Explained I would not do this as it was a legally binding contract - they then rang my partner and tried to convince him to do it! They tried to play down the significance of the documents - if something in the house had been previously damaged and not mentioned on the inventory, we would have been responsible for it. It's a landlord's market, so you don't get to chose your agency as a tenant, but I'd recommend tenants stand their ground with these guys and check all documents carefully before signing anything. Moving out soon. Hope we get our deposit back without too much of a fight. If you're a landlord with any scruples, please consider using a different agency.

Your Move Darlington As a landlord, who no longer lives in the same town as her property, I have complete trust in this agency to look after both my interests and that of my tenant. Lindsay in particular has been excellent recently with an issue, working through a solution which satisfies both parties and keeping me informed at every step. However, all staff are attentive and helpful.

I want to complain about this companies fake “Unsubscribe from unwanted emails link! I’ve unsubscribed 3 times and they are still sending unwanted emails!!! I’m really cheesed off by their fake system!!!

Initially very good but absolutely shocking with renewal.All their contracts state a specific energy supplier so when you renew, they try and take over your supply.Your Move say they can't remove it. Awful.
