I am writing to commend the staff at Your Move Chris Stonock, County Durham, for taking care of my house, renting it out and finally selling it. While I was at peace when the house was rented knowing it was well taken care of, the sale of the property was superbly handled at every stage. I couldn't have asked for a better service! The Move Residential team lined up 4 viewings for the first day of the apartments availability and had a tenant agreed by the very next day. I have used the Move Residential team a number of times to find tenants for my rental properties and always find them a pleasure to deal with and am always satisfied with the way the contracts and deposits are handled. I can only give the Whitehaven office the utmost praise. The manager and her team was so supportive throughout the whole process of selling our late mothers property. It was quite difficult with legal problems but she rang with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you for being there for us Denise. Amazing customer service.

GoogleAs students, they were reluctant to let us move in a couple of weeks before term started despite paying full rent from 1st of July. It turns out this was because they had not performed any checks on the house and there was a large hole in the wall, a broken toilet, broken oven knobs and a faulty vacuum cleaner. These issues were slowly resolved, but we still had a large hole in the wall for approximately 6 weeks. Furthermore, yourmove failed to provide the council with the correct paperwork to inform them we were in fact students and exempt from paying council tax, even though we provided yourmove with the necessary information. We were left finding this out through a court summons letter. I know others who have had dreadful experiences with yourmove, avoid them if you can! Would give 0/5 if it were possible.

West Denton Your Move was very good to us! Unfortunately our solicitor was very poor at communicating anything to us, but all the girls here were always helpful, pleasant and true to their word when relaying information back to me! I would have been alot more stressed had it not been for the professional nature of these guys. 100% would recommend and use when we sell this home!
