The service provided by Your move was top class. Starting from day 1 when Kiran(agent) came to see us. We was unsure to sell our home due to the jargon of the process but Kiran explained everything really nicely and made us really comfortable to sell our home through YourMove.The staff was always helpful and kept us updated all the time and at every stage.Great service provider.Will recommend to everyone.Anup & Sharon

Really friendly and helpful from the start, When we had viewing there were on time and very professional, we always had good communication and positive feed back from the girls, there were emailing us even out of hours, which we really appreciated can't fault them in any way, great experience and a privilege to work with would definitely recommend them.....

Booked to view a property, drove 30 minutes to the property arrived 10 mins before agreeing on viewing time. Over 40 minutes later no sign of an estate agent. No confirmation emails, no communication. Not happy.

GoogleStaff were friendly and considerate, customer service was excellent 10/10. I got given good advice, and the recommendation towards a very slight reduction of price actually worked, so they know what they are talking about. In terms of my over-all experience the sale took it's time (several months) after agreement, but that was to do with the solicitor they recommended, and they are probably going with somebody different now.

Moving home can be a stressful experience and not one I want to do too often, but I must say the team at the Washington Galleries office, Sharon, Phil and Jen have been terrific. The have guided and supported us through the process and answered all our silly questions in a friendly but professional manner. A first-class team, and your help has been greatly appreciated.

Wallsend Branch - Amazing service! This is the second rental I have bought from and rented out through, Your Move Wallsend. I can honestly say the service the staff, at the branch, provide is of the highest standard. Starting with visiting us to offer a valuation of the property to finding us a buyer the staff at Your Move in Lincoln and North Hykeham have been totally professional. I received regular phone calls and updates regarding viewings and feedback . Staff were always polite, willing to take the time to answer any questions or talk through any corncerns. I would definitely recommend them.
