Excellent Service from Your Move Wallsend

I used Your Move Wallsend when I rented my flat out for a while and they were excellent so I naturally used them again for selling it. They not only sold my flat quickly and efficiently but also found my new house for me. I have had some issues with my Solicitors but the ladies at Your Move Wallsend (I have dealt mainly with Gail and Sarah) have kept things moving and kept me updated and informed throughout the process. They printed all my documents for me as I don't have a printer and even acted as a witness and provided me with the envelopes to return them in. And on top of this they have been genuinely kind, supportive and encouraging through what has at times been a stressful process. And when it all got finalised yesterday I absolutely believe that they were so happy for me to be in my new home. I can't thank or recommend Your Move Wallsend enough

I highly recommend this branch all the staff I encountered were amazing so helpful and friendly . As a total dinosaur with technology the girls were so lovely can't thank them enough. I have dealt with your move now for well over 20 years, they have got me through lots of viewing on my properties. Diane, Lorna Sabrina & Leseley have all been fantastic from the Livingston branch, Highly recommend your move to anyone who wants a good price for there property, they keep you well informed, and they are very knowledgeable regarding each property you sell. I would not use anyone else. I’ve also bought through your move and again the service was excellent all the way thank you Your move 5 stars all round

Renting out my property

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from Gail Lewicki at your move wallsend. Undecided wether to sell or to let my property out she was there from start to finish answering any questions I had.In the end I ended up letting out my property which Gail handled as I went for the fully managed package, she told me everything I needed to do to the house to be suitable for letting (hand rail on the stairs) which I did not realise and got people in to sort that out for me. Overall I am well and truly over the moon with how well she's worked with me on my little journey Thanks your move wallsend

What a delightful and friendly team! We highly recommend Your Move in Swinton. We felt welcomed and valued from the moment we entered the office! I chose Your Move to market our property after speaking with staff over viewing a property on their books. They were helpful, informative but never pushy. They kept in touch as promised and were always able to answer questions I had. We put our house up with them, took the marketing advice they gave us and they sold it straight away. I chose Your Move to sell my home because of the good service they provided a family member when buying a house. Again the service they offered to sell my home was great. January 2022 we had Ryan Atwell from the Lincoln Office value our property with the intention of getting to know what our property was worth with the intention of a possible move. When Ryan visited our property you could not have asked for a more courtesy person and a professional approach in his work listing the good points and bad points in marketing our property alongside his integrity and honesty. Although we will not be putting our house up for sale with immediate effect, we will not be looking elsewhere when we do so because of how good he was, he was not at all pushy as he had no reason to be because of how good he was. Don't use Your Move when they work with IAMSOLD!

Your move are fine when dealing with directly but when they are partnering up with auction company IAMSOLD stay away. Modern method of auctions are legal scams that give the buyer zero protection and make the agent a lot more money for a much smaller workload. I had an offer accepted and when that happens they push really hard for you to put down the reservation fee. When you are not ready due to due diligence both the auction cut off all communication with me as well as the agent. Then they pulled the property off Rightmove for 24hrs then re listed it as 15k higher. Absolute legalised scam. Soon to be banned. When you realise and uncover what IAMSOLD are about they cut all communication with you and even keep your bids live online to attract higher bidders including their own self bidding even when you have cancelled your bids. I would highly presume that laws are possibly being broken here along with playing at absolute skulduggery. AVOID.
