Outstanding service

I cannot thank the staff from the Dalkeith branch enough. Having never sold a house I was unsure of the steps that had to be taken. I was talked through everything step by step and in a compassionate manner as the property was that of my late mother so emotional was understatement. I had regular updates on how things were going. I would highly recommend there service to anyone. If in the future I'm looking to buy I would certainly look no further than Your Move.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Booked to see a property and once travelled out over 15 miles and wasted an afternoon to be told they hadn’t booked us in and we couldn’t view. They didn’t even apologies or try and help awful service and won’t be using again avoid at all costs.

I sold my deceased father's house

I sold my deceased father's house. I engaged the agent while I was in UK but then returned to my home in Australia. I was initially very torn between 3 agents. All seemed to offer good service. I eventually chose Your Move because they were very flexible about negotiating low fees. I have no idea if I could have got more for the house with someone else. Perhaps just a very little more but I thinkYour Move got a fair price. In principle, running things from Australia could have been a lot of hassle but Isabel responded to emails efficiently and was quick to help when stuff needed doing such as meter readings and some roof maintenance. All in all I am happy and have no complaints.

Despite a long run with Your-Move spanning more than a year (due to the pandemic and the first sale falling through) we are very happy to have used Your-Move. The people involved always managed to reassure during the stressful and difficult task of selling a home from abroad. The branch manager (including the former manager) and all other sales staff have been chasing everything up for us and even forwarded mail to our current address. Any small qualms we had were quickly and professionally resolved. Would recommend them to anyone.

I followed up on an invitation that popped through our letterbox from Your Move in Canterbury offering a free evaluation. Unlike another agent that I had contacted recently following a similar invitation, Right Move returned my call straight away (in fact, I never heard back from the other one). They were friendly and efficient and were quite happy to do an evaluation, even though we have no plans to move in the foreseeable future. Steve visited today and was on time, professional (even offered proactively to take his shoes off indoors) and parked up the road as he didn't want to be presume he could use our dedicated off road parking parking space. he clearly knows his onions and was able to answer all my questions in a patient and knowledgeable manner. Steve gave me an evaluation at the end of his visit verbally, and followed this up in writing a few hours later. It was very helpful to get a figure, as I had done an online evaluation recently that told me the house would have gone down since we bought. Happily, Steve assured me this was incorrect! I didn't feel he was at all pushy but he offered to keep in touch in the future if I was happy with that. I told him that I found having established a relationship over time with the agency that eventually sold my last property was helpful and that, who knows, maybe the same thing will happen here with Steve sometime in the future.

Glenrothes Your-Move branch is brilliant

Glenrothes Your-Move branch is simply brilliant and they went the extra mile with me and I think they would do with everyone. I recommend to use their service in Fife area in particular if you are looking for somewhere to rent as they will endeavour to do anything possible to help the customer. Excellent.Friendly and helpfull staff

Yourmove whitton branch was extremely helpfull and friendly during our renting process. Nothing was trouble. All the office staff were very helpfull and went extra mile even after the closing hours to sort out our paperwork. Yourmove whitton quickly responded to maintainance of our washing machine and got all the things on track to make our stay comfortable. I recommend this agency to other renters they are very reliable and trustworthy 10/10 From me.

I had been dealing with Julia at the Chester-Le-Street branch since last December as she helped me house hunt for a place, and even helped my other half find a place when she moved up north. What a fantastic service she provided.
