They were really helpful in lots of ways, for example, regularly updating us on suitable applicants and were supportive in our decision-making. Gemma from the Chapeltown branch was beyond amazing through our purchase process. She was on hand for any information we needed. She was friendly from the first time we met and made us feel relaxed when looking at the property. Me and my husband were looking for our forever home and we found that with Gemma. We can’t praise Gemma enough for the help she gave us, the reassurance when we were stressed and she seems more like a friend than just an estate agent. I can’t rate her out of 10 as she’s more than a 10! Thankyou so much Gemma!

Poor experience from the Exmouth branch and then more recently the London branch with our deposit. Awful and wildly inaccurate inventory process. Said the property we moved into was cleaned to a high standard - it was filthy when we moved in! But no one seemed to care when we returned the inventory full of corrections and comments and complained. Always had to chase them - never returned calls. Never heard anything from them during the whole tenancy even when our contract was up for renewal they didn’t get in touch like they were meant to. Poor communication on the check out process and then really unhelpful in supporting us on returning our deposit which the landlord delayed releasing without reason. Told we had to sort it with the landlord ourselves even though it was their job and we had to keep chasing them on any updates because they never contacted when they said they would. Eventually got it back 6 weeks later after numerous calls and emails. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sadly the Southampton lot don't bother replying to emails. I await the standard: "I am really sorry you have not been happy with the experience you’ve had from Your Move. We take customer satisfaction very importantly a......" blah blah blah.Edit: True to form the standard response from you on TrustPilot.

Was not impressed with their knowledge of the property that they are advertising. The attitude of their manager Paul as well as not appreciated. Condescending to say the least. Avoid the Bromsgrove branch.

Your Move West Denton have been absolutely brilliant right from the beginning. Abigail and Ashley have been incredibly helpful and have always gone the extra mile to assist me as a first time buyer. From initially ensuring we got a viewing at the property we wanted, to then helping to steer the process with the solicitors and keep it on track and we’re almost at completion stage (fingers crossed). Couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re so professional and reply/action any email or phone call promptly and have helped to keep me sane through such a stressful process with solicitors.

Appalling. God knows why sellers don't check these people out before engaging them. Can't even be bothered to say what kind of heating a house has ... and as I have learned, if the EPC is poor then it is omitted and said to be 'pending'. Useless.

Being a landlord in Carlisle I was looking for a professional company to take over management of the letting procedure. Have used other agents in the past with only reasonable success. Right from the outset with Your Move, Carlisle the experience has been far superior. Comms with Lettings manager (Jess Johnston) have been excellent and the overall tenant finding process was smooth and speedy. Dealings with office staff, notably Helen Rudd, were similar. I only wish I’d found this company many years ago. I recommend them to all landlords.

Our terms of business are completely transparent and are there to protect you as a landlord as well as us an agent. As per our response to your complaint, which was not upheld, you were clearly advised of all fees involved prior to letting your property.
