No information about the property after viewing, After viewing the property and after leaving, when I check the property that property is unavailable. This happens mostly. VERY POOR guidance. SO PLEASE inform all the customers about the demand of property before viewing so that we can save travel expense and time.

I have asked the Radcliffe office so many times to stop sending me email marketing but they keep sending.I have unsubscribe from mailing list by the bottom of the email but that did not help either, maybe if they get bad review they will wake up?

GoogleI was planning to sell my house before last Christmas, because I was considering moving nearer to my son. I have invited several estate agents in and around Canterbury to visit me, and give me an offer of how to go about it. After some 5-6 estate agencies, I have settled with the company I valued the most: it was ‘Your Move’ from Canterbury. The main reason for my firm decision was the three people, working in the Canterbury Office, who came to see me: these were Steven Johnson, Rupert and Joe. All three of them were very different in age and personality, but they all had one thing in common: professionalism! Their high standard of dealing with me, as a client, was evident from every visit the three made to me. We have discussed all details of selling a property the best possible way, and they were kind enough to advise me with the highest level of competence. As a result, I felt very safe to choose ‘Right Move’ Canterbury Office exclusively, to put my house for sale. The three gentlemen I had the good fortune to meet from ‘Your Move’s Canterbury Office proved to me, that dealing with them, and seeking their service I would be in very safe and professional hands. Even when I have decided to withdraw, for very personal reasons, nothing to do with them, I received nothing but courtesy from Steve Johnson, who I have stayed in contact with! I can only thank the Canterbury Team for their helpful advice and kindness, and keeping their expertise through and through, during the period when they were dealing with me. Thank you, Steve, Rupert and Joe! We have just sold our property through Yourmove Dunfermline.From the start home valuation by Vicky, higher than expected. To the marketing by Kirsty and Suzanne. Suzanne negotiated our sale which fell through due to a break further down the chain. During this difficult time Jane (manager) stayed on top of things keeping us upto date with progress or lack of. After going back on the market a new buyer was found and several other viewings given. Suzanne negotiated a far price with the new buyer. All now looks to be going to completion. Overall excellent service from start to finish.

Would strongly reccomend against dealings with Your Move. Was running ten minutes(yes, ten) late for a viewing after an viewing just prior with the same staff member. Couldn't wait despite me already being on route. Won't be buying with, or selling with Your Move as a consequence not now, nor in the future.
