Excellent service

Excellent service from Your Move in Lanark, Stephen explained the procedure and was spot on with the valuation. They were able to put us in touch with a surveyor (for the Home Report) and a solicitor, meanwhile Beth took care of all our viewings, giving us feedback and keeping us informed at every stage. We achieved an excellent offer well in excess of the Home Report value in a very short time. Mortgage advice was also available and, although we didn’t take a mortgage, Tom provided us with all the advice we needed. The service is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Great experience working with Kirsty Grant from the Consett branch on our dream rental. We haven't been in the rental market for years and Your Move have been great in introducing us back into the market. They have kept us updated even on weekends (Kirsty) and have presented curated options for us to consider. One option was perfect and after initially nearly losing out Your Move alerted us to it being introduced back onto the market and Kirsty then helped negotiate a deal which we are now finalising.Top class service from start to finish!!!

Rachel, the BranchManager at the time and then Michael really did all thy could to help with this lengthy move. Constantly chasing and keeping us in the loop with how things are processing. Michael gave some great sound advice, wish we had taken it as probably would have completed our house sale a lot quicker. Your move Lowestoft Terrible reception

Your move Lowestoft. Contacted them to enquirer about buying a property as a cash buyer and the girl we spoke to was extremely rude and condescending to such an extent we would not deal with them atall after this initial conversation. We eventually bought with Ange & Co in Lowestoft who have been absolutely fantastic.
