What a brilliant experience from start to finish. The girls (Rachel, Rachael, Leighanne and June) at the Houghton-Le-Spring branch could not have been more helpful. They answered every query, followed up questions and were so kind and friendly throughout. From our first look around until the completion date, the customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and help. Would 100% recommend!!!

Very difficult to get in contact with. Very vague with information from potential buyers. Very reluctant to do viewings for you when they do arrange to do viewings they turn up late with no contact to inform you they will be late. Overall so far a very poor service especially as they was recommended to ourselves.

My expirience started to become a nightmare when I found the sofa was soiled with cats urine from previous tenant, 5 months later and all my phone calls were ignored, not to forgetting that I'm not a British citizen it makes my struggle more distressing than usual can't invite anyone to my property due to the embarrassemt this nuisance is making.

With viewings restricted to 9-5 Monday-Friday, a large section of buyers are unable to view.I sold my house after receiving a message from someone who knew the house and wanted to view, but had been unable to book a viewing due to work, I took 2 viewings from the buyer and made the sale. not much help from the agents.I paid for the enhanced package and was not too impressed with the pictures, all distorting the rooms and missing areas of the house and a large section of the garden.The buyers said they would maybe not have asked for a viewing had they only had the pictures to rely on, as they were not representative of the house.Property sold, but not sure how effective the agents were on this occasion.

This is a company that really needs to work on its Customer Communication. The general level of service provided is fine, but this is let down by a “drip feed” method of communication, particularly where costs are involved.In my most recent experience, I was contacted by Your Move to advise me that my tenant had decided he wanted to terminate the lease early. Immediately I asked what the cost to me would be for re-marketing the property. I was told that that as an early termination penalty, the outgoing tenant would be liable for the re-marketing costs and that the process “would not cost me a penny”.New tenants were quickly found, vetted and handed the keys to the apartment, whereupon I had presented with an invoice for a £200 “Shortfall Payment”. This was subsequently explained, but this just exemplifies the drip feed nature of the communication from Your Move. If this was a reasonable, anticipated charge, I should have been advised at the outset.Three weeks in to the new tenancy, I received a Landlord Statement showing that Your Move were holding on to the first months rent in partial payment of the Set Up Fee, leaving me liable for another £200. This is the cost that I had initially been advised was the liability of the outgoing tenant. Re-marketing my property following an early lease termination has gone from not costing me a penny to costing me £1,700. It it unlikely that I will be using Your Move’s Services for future Lettings.

my partner was evicted for no reason then they re rented straight away to someone else the day after we moved out. we left the place spotless and they are trying to charge us for cleaning! if it was that dirty they wouldn’t of been letting people view it the day after! they’ve also kept his deposit from his last property for no reason. if you want to rent, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Your Move Bromsgrove. Just had the most wonderful experience with the letting team at your move Bromsgrove. Emma, Chloe and Jo were all so professional, proactive and knowledgeable, more importantly they were compassionate and so supportive of my situation. They truly went above and beyond their roles to ensure I was able to get into the property, even when things didn’t work out due to unforeseen circumstances they handle it with such care and respect. They never made me feel guilty about not going through with the property and put mine and my children best interest at the heart of it all. Incompetent! First time letting property through Your Move and will be the last! Happy to pass the buck to someone else mainly our tenant when its your moves incompetence that has caused issue. They cant give a exact figure as the what the tenant is due, the past 2 days i have been given 4 different figures from them, then today asked if we are just willing to write off the balance. We wont be writing anything off at cost to ourselves. Your move created this mess they can pay for it. If you are considering letting your property please use another agency. This company is dreadful and not interested!
